Sure Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Garedd Gardner as its new Group Operations Director. The appointment is part of Sure Group’s plans to expand its business significantly over the next few months, with multiple jobs expected to be created as the business gears towards supporting businesses of all sizes.
Garedd has nearly 30 years’ worth of experience working for nationally renowned businesses and has been responsible for more than 170 customer-based distribution sites and up to 16,000 colleagues during peak periods. Garedd’s experience working across large complex cross-sector organisations will support Sure Group’s growth to support larger clients, especially within Sure Staffing.
The Group, as a whole, has experienced rapid growth in recent years, and currently supports hundreds of businesses, including significantly sized companies in agriculture, warehousing, manufacturing, and hospitality.
The appointment of Garedd adds significant capacity to the business as it focuses on supporting larger businesses requiring thousands of colleagues – and will create multiple jobs with this focus in mind.
